Volunteers are at the heart of our mission. Whether you’re working with orphans and vulnerable children, supporting youth vocational training, promoting community health, or advancing education in underserved areas—your contribution creates lasting impact.
We welcome compassionate individuals ready to serve across our various programs and locations in Western Uganda. From mentoring young girls at Sparrows Nest, to teaching at Sowing Hope School, to helping with our youth empowerment and health awareness campaigns—you can be part of something bigger.

Who Can Volunteer?
We welcome both local and international volunteers—students, professionals, retirees, and missionaries—who are passionate about faith-based community development and empowering the most vulnerable.
Volunteer Requirements
Passion for community and youth empowerment
Commitment to GAM Uganda’s Christian values
Availability for at least 2 weeks (short-term) or longer
Willingness to adapt to rural community settings
For international volunteers: proof of health insurance and background check
